Greetings all,
Thought you would like a testimonial for the excellent work done at our home in recent months...
A massive 'Thank you' to the whole team at Environ Pools for a very impressive result with our pool project.
We went through the exhausting and stressful process of many quotes from various pool builders but in the end, Guy from the Sales and Marketing Division made our choice simple.
Not being in the building industry ourselves, we really needed to feel like we could entrust our hard-earned money and backyard dream into the hands of a team that could get the job done within our budget and result in a product we were really happy with. Guy was always very prompt at returning calls and answering questions and guided us through the decision making process of the initial planning phases of what we actually wanted - before we even chose a builder! It was the reassurance of choice, flexibility and the promise of guaranteed workmanship from Guy that set them apart from other quotes we received.
Further guidance and options were offered by Bob and the excavation team and they were very impressive in there honest appraisals - even to the point where they showed us where and how we could save money and avoid extra expenses without compromising our overall product. Bob even improved our initial projected result by suggesting some excellent design options during the preparation phase.
Following this, all remaining construction stages were completed on time, without deviation, within budget... as planned (despite being in the busy season)!
Matt did an excellent job overseeing the whole project, remaining in direct contact at all times and completed the finishing touches to the pool resulting in a backyard transformation that exceeded expectations. Our yard even looks more spacious with the pool which really suprised us.
Thanks again Environ, sorry for the 'cheesy' testimonial but the team made a big, stressful project much easier than we could have hoped for!

I just wanted to send an email on behalf of both Andrew and l, to say thank you to you and your team!
From the first meeting we had with you, throughout the negotiation process, to the actual construction we have been happy with the service and communication provided by Environ.
Our job wasn't a simple one with access issues and "record rain" but in the end it was quite painless and the finished product is excellent, the shape perfect and the surface smooth, which for us was a key point with the little one's (who for the record won't get out of the pool).
I have several friends who have been in the process of completing pools too and I can honestly say none of them have many good things to say about their choice of builders. We on the other hand cannot recommend you highly enough, and will not hesitate to in the future.
I'd like to make mention of Tony, l'm so happy we were lucky enough to have him as our supervisor. He was friendly, accommodating and an all round nice guy!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for &e excellent job you all did in regards to our pool. Thanks to Environ Pools we now have a resort style pool in our very own back yard. Although your quote was not the cheapest we could find, the inclusions in the package was everything that we were looking for. By including options such as Pool Fencing, Solar Hearing and the spa bench took all the running around away from our already busy schedule.
Right from the start with our encounter with your salesman Brad Stanley, we knew that the decision on who to build our pool was going to be an easy decision. Brad was the only salesman we met with, who was not interested in pushing us into a decision on the spot. His manners, easy going nature and sense of humor were pleasant and made the whole initial encounter with Environ Pools most enjoyable.
Once all the preliminaries were complete we also had the pleasure of meeting our supervisor Bob Sinclair. Bob is also an easy going man and really easy to talk to. Every phone call we made to Bob was handled professionally and even the silliest questions we had were answered promptly.
Every person who worked on our pool was friendly, courteous and really cared for the progression of the pool. The excavator driver was not only quick, but the accuracy in which he dug the hole was magical. The steel fixer who tied the steel in l0 hours, and the concreters who sculpted the cement into perfect curves. The landscapers who placed the bush rocks, Sleeper Wharf and the waterfall were very artistic and had a really good eye for what we wanted. And the list just goes on and on…
Once again congratulations on the excellent workmanship and the professional approach to our pool We are extremely satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending Environ Pools to anyone who is looking at getting a pool.
We would also like to extend an invitation to Environ Pools to return to the site once we have completed landscaping to take pictures to publish on your website to show others what a truly wonderful pool you have created.

We would just like to take the opportunity to thank the team at Environ pools; quite simply you delivered on everything you promised us from the beginning. We struggled to find a pool builder that was willing to assist us in what we could and couldn't do from a design point of view and that is were the difference between you guys and the competition started.
It didn't stop there once our signature was on the contract either; the pool shell was in the ground quickly and more importantly for us without much effort or stress on our part. We had a great team of guys working on our pool headed up by Mark who answered our questions and promptly returned calls when we could not contact him direct.
We now have a beautiful pool, which is the envy of the street with the Magna pool option, and a lot of landscaping in front of us, but that is half the fun of it so people tell us...
We would like to say building with Environ was easy, low stress and affordable what more could we ask for; we would definitely recommend Environ to our friends in the future as we know they would not let us down. Thanks guys...

We had to claim under the SPASA Insurance due to weather issues with our dig. If it had not been for the SPASA contract we would be out of pocket $10,000.00.
It was by far the best decision we have ever made. John made us aware Environ Pools was a member but we did not realise how beneficial it would end up being.
